About
Lumi is a small, considered shelf of skin tools — chosen one at a time, each sold with the single complement that earns it.
Most of this category is noise: a hundred near-identical tools, borrowed before-and-afters, and claims no object could keep. We started Lumi to do the opposite — fewer tools, each one actually held, chilled, and used before it gets a page here, and described in plain language about what it does and what it won't.
The idea is simple. A steel gua sha is only half a ritual; the slip oil that lets it glide is the other half. Cryo globes are only half a ritual without a cooling gel to glide them across the skin. So we sell ritual systems — a tool plus the thing that makes it work — rather than a drawer of disconnected objects.
We're run from Canada and ship across the United States and Canada. We keep the brand quiet on purpose: no invented founder, no fake studio, no borrowed lab. What we will tell you is the truth about the materials, the weight, and the honest limits of what a tool can do. Steel reads silver-grey because that's what it is. Cold de-puffs the feel of skin; it doesn't drain or de-age. Light is a slow habit, not a cure.
Three lines we hold to: we never write medical claims, we never publish a review we didn't earn from a real person who used the product, and we never use hype to sell something the object can't deliver. If a tool ever feels rough, arrives wrong, or doesn't earn its place, tell us — a real person reads every message.
Fewer, better, tested. That's the whole brief.
