Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after your item arrives to request a return.
To start a return, email us at hello@lumiskintools.com and we will send return instructions and the address to ship to. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. You can reach us with any return question at hello@lumiskintools.com.
What can be returned
Unused tools in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of used or unsealed face-contact tools, or of opened topicals such as the slip oil, morning gel, and barrier balm. This protects every customer who buys after you.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
These are always covered. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered. Send a photo and we will replace it or refund it — you will not pay return shipping in these cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it is approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email us at hello@lumiskintools.com.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the eligible item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you want.
