Not right for you? Here's exactly how returns work.

the window

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.

what can be returned

Unused tools in their original, undamaged packaging.

what can't be returned

For hygiene and safety, we can't accept:

  • Used or unsealed face-contact tools.
  • Opened topicals — the Slip oil, Morning gel, or Barrier balm.
  • The LED face mask once it has been used.

These items touch skin or are consumable, so they can't be resold once opened. Setting this line keeps every order shipped sealed and clean for the next person.

defective, wrong, or damaged

If something arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we cover it. Send a photo to hello@lumiskintools.com and we'll replace it or refund it — no return shipping cost to you, and no need to send a used tool back.

how to start a return

  1. Email hello@lumiskintools.com with your order number and the reason.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions, or for a defect, ask only for a photo.
  3. Send the eligible item back by mail. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility; for defects, it's on us.

refund timing

Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

exchanges

The simplest path is a refund on the eligible item and a fresh order for what you'd prefer. If you'd rather exchange, email us and we'll help.

returns from canada

Canadian returns follow the same window and steps. Any import duty or tax already paid is set by customs and is not refundable by us.
