Shipping

Each tool is made to order and ships direct from our maker, so we quote real dates rather than fake-fast ones. Here is exactly how delivery works.

Processing

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared the next business day.

Delivery times

United States: 1–3 business days to prepare, then 8–20 business days in transit.

Canada: 1–3 business days to prepare, then 11–25 business days in transit.

Business days are Monday to Friday. These windows are honest estimates for standard delivery; a few orders land sooner, a few later.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Duty and import tax

Because our tools ship internationally, some orders may be subject to import duty or tax set by your country, for both United States and Canada buyers. These charges are decided by customs at delivery, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Multi-item orders

If you order more than one item, pieces may ship separately and arrive on different days, each with its own tracking.

LED Face Mask

The LED Face Mask ships to United States addresses only. It is not available for sale or delivery in Canada.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a package looks lost or arrives damaged, email us at hello@lumiskintools.com with a photo and we will make it right.
