Every order ships direct from our maker with tracking. Times are in business days and don't count weekends or holidays.

Topicals and any presale items ship on their own timeline, noted on the product page. When a tool moves to a closer warehouse, its US window shortens and we update this page.
shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout before you pay, and it's free on orders over a set amount — the exact threshold appears in your cart so there are no surprises.
why our timelines are honest
We're a small counter, not a warehouse. Each piece ships from our maker rather than from a shelf of pre-stocked inventory, which adds a little time and lets us keep the range tight. We'd rather quote a real date and meet it than promise two days and miss. The wait is part of how we keep this small and considered.
duties & taxes
Import duty or tax can apply to orders into both the United States and Canada. These charges are set by your country's customs authority, not by us, and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in your order total and may be collected before delivery. We mention this plainly so nothing arrives unexpected.

The LED face mask ships to United States addresses only. It is not available for sale or shipment in Canada.
tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you need to change your address, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before the parcel leaves.
orders with more than one item
Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels and can arrive on different days, each with its own tracking. This is normal and means nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.
