questions
What does the Cold Plate do?
It is a broad stainless steel plate you glide cool from the fridge over the face. The wide flat face covers a full cheek in one pass, so the cold calms the look of puffiness across the whole face quickly and leaves a fresh, awake finish.
How do I use it?
Chill it in the fridge, then press a thin layer of gel or a few drops of oil into clean skin so it glides. Lay the broad face flat against the cheek and sweep outward and up, then the forehead and jaw. One slow pass covers a lot. Five minutes is plenty.
How is it different from the gua sha?
The plate is broader and asks for no technique. Where the gua sha edge works a precise line, the plate's wide flat face meets more skin per pass, so you simply lay it flat and glide. It is the easiest, most forgiving way into the cold ritual.
